03 / HOW DOGPORT WORKS
Three steps. Native USDC.
Circle CCTP V2 moves USDC by burning on the source chain and minting on the destination chain, with attestation in between.
Attest
Circle's attestation service observes the burn and signs its crosschain message.
Mint
The signed message completes a native test USDC mint to the designated destination recipient.
Testnet only. DOGPORT's Relayer runs in an independent service and is not required for a legitimate caller to submit the same Circle message.

What is DOGPORT?
An independent, Arc-focused interface planned to move native USDC in and out of Arc through verified Circle CCTP routes. This private website enables only Base Sepolia ↔ Arc Testnet with valueless assets.
Why native USDC?
CCTP burns USDC on the source and mints native USDC at the destination. DOGPORT's planned routes avoid wrapped substitutes and DOGPORT-owned liquidity pools.
What is Circle CCTP?
Circle's Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol is the underlying burn, attestation and mint utility. Read Circle's docs ↗
Which networks are supported?
Only Base Sepolia ↔ Arc Testnet is enabled here. All Mainnet routes are disabled.
What is Fast vs Standard?
Fast can reduce wait time where the source route officially supports it and Circle allowance and fees permit it. Standard waits for stronger source finality and may cost less. Current Circle fee and Fast allowance are checked before a Testnet signature.
What fees does DOGPORT charge?
The DOGPORT Fee is 0.5%, with a 0.5 USDC minimum and 50 USDC maximum. Circle/Forwarding fees and network gas are separate and must be shown before a real confirmation.
What happens if a transfer is delayed?
The order keeps the original Burn hash. Retry/Resume checks Circle attestation and the target Mint without another Burn or DOGPORT Fee. If the Relayer is offline, a wallet with destination Gas can self-complete the same message.
What is a DOGPORT footprint?
A future participation history based on real DOGPORT-initiated bridge transactions and publicly available wallet activity. Public onchain records and DOGPORT's own index are distinct; testnet records are isolated from future Mainnet history.
Does using DOGPORT guarantee future rewards?
No. Participation does not guarantee any future reward, token, allocation or benefit.
